How to Login a Visit

- log in to the easy Medical
- Move your cursor to the top right corner of your screen click ADD…. Option on the dropdown menu on the Front Desk Tab.
- it will automatically take you to a new page for you to fill out the patient’s information on.
- You must fill out important fields like; THE PATIENT’S NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, PHONE NUMBER, RACE, SEX, and confirm if the patient is a new or returning patient. Other information can be inserted afterward and always click save.
- Move to the second column titled ‘VISIT INFORMATION”. Selecting Payment mode is very important. Note: if it’s an HMO patient, delete the cash shown and type H then press the enter key. The various types of HMO would appear, select the HMO by double-clicking.
- The next column titles REFERRAL DOCTOR, type W then a drop-down option will appear, select without a referral.
- After the above information has been filled, look on the bottom right corner then you will see “ADD SERVICE” then select the service the patient is here for you can also select the tests from there.
- After the service has been added, select the doctor or nurse performing this.
- Finally, at the bottom of the page, you will see 4 options outlined vertically, SERVICES, ATTACHED DOCS, MEDICAL EXAM, and PRESCRIPTION. Click on medical examination, by the far right you will see an option “ADD”, click on it, a box of options will automatically appear, select General Practitioner or the specialist the patient is here to see by double-clicking and then click on save, the specialist will automatically appear below the screen.
- Look at the bottom of the screen, to your right select the physician or specialist name, and click on save.
PS – If numbers 10 and 11 are not properly done, a visit is not properly created, and neither the Nurse nor Doctor is able to see the patient's details.
Also note, you will have to be speed cautiously while creating a visit, as the session can come to an end and the page automatically reloads and all the patient details will disappear.
